I'm almost ready to call this the year that the Cavs don't make the Finals.

I don't give a shyt about their roster on paper. Their defense is historically bad.

If Lowry comes back well for the Raptors, and the Cavs have to play the Raptors in the ECSF then the Celtics in the ECF, I could see them losing either one of those series.

Has a team in the modern era EVER played defense this bad and still made the Finals? Lebron ain't gonna carry them through shyt if the other team is scoring 115 every game.

now the team is few wins below cavs, had they traded for demarcus or jimmy or paul george they would end up winning #1 seed, possibly beating cavs and making a good ass series against the warriors because their guards can defend warriors guards.

But nooooo they finna wait forever till cavs and warriors get worse. This season was their golden opportunity, they might even lose in 2nd round to washington

I think the're the perfect situation for Lonzo Ball. All those talented wings and athletes...the way they can get up and down. Booker's game would go to another level playing with a distributor like Ball. Perfect situation for Lonzo's talents

Ill go further and say a healthy Lowry and they can knock off the Cavs this year,Cavs dont look the same.Maybe they can turn it up when the playoffs start.
They look like a team that can be had right now.

The addition of PJ Tucker has turned them into a formidable defensive team...That lineup at the end of games is shutting teams down.

Two years ago they had the 18th defense in the league and made it to the finals, they are 22nd right now. I think they will turn up the effort on defense during the playoffs, It seems like they are simply trying to beat teams with 3 point shooting and nothing else right now.

Not just march, their defense has been garbage all year, they are vulnerable right now, but with the amount of offensive firepower they have if they play better defense it's gonna be a short spring for the East.

Warriors are trending upward. If they get rolling into the groove they had before KD got there, then when he gets back he won't have to play heavy minutes off the injury and they'll be a better team for it.

It looks like the Cavs are struggling but me being a guy that doesn't watch them much unless they're playing the Bulls/in the playoffs I'm going to join the "Cavs are coasting" crowd.

I thought Minny had a chance a couple weeks back too but wheels kinda fell off, whereas i thought New Orleans had face planted but they seemed to pick up some steam.

Denver continues to be a tough out tho, that bounce back win against the Cavs at droppin back to back to htown was big for them.
