The fact you took it as literal words makes me believe you're walking back your initial statement.
You said Buddy was "garbage", and insinuated that Kuzma is more to the contrary, or that he's far beyond that where he can't be categorized as such. Nobody is saying you can't choose Kuzma and/or KCP over Buddy, but to make out there's this chasm between their abilities because of their respective team records is disingenuous. What makes Buddy's more efficient numbers on a worse team deceiving, and not Kuzma's less efficient numbers on a better team?
Kuzma was the joke of this board last season (and for good reason because his play was a circus act), and yet now he's suddenly transformed into this winning player after 10 games, despite him being the same exact player.
Make it make sense.
My original point was never to prop up or disparage any of those players, but more so to the issue of the Lakers have no assets to improve the team around them beceause of the Westbrook trade. The only asset they have outside of Bron and AD is THT.
