Wherever nikkas need to be told on
After tonight’s loss they have a strong chance of being in the play in game. Last time they were in the play in game they lost. How many times in NBA history has a 6-8th seed won a chip? How many times has it happened in the last 20 years?

You are hedging your bets with Warrior hate. If they get eliminated early or don’t make the playoffs at all no one will remember you called them favorites. If they they win the chip it’s no big deal because they were “supposed to win” based off past success. :camby:

Are you talking about them being in the play-in when they had no Klay? :mjtf: I don’t know what you’re talking about as far as hedging bets but a healthy Steph, Klay, and Dray has been magic for a long time. Only reason Warriors are potentially in the play-in is because Steph has missed a bunch of games. If the Warriors don’t make the playoffs it’ll be a huge disappointment. If the Warriors don’t advance for a deep run it’ll be a big upset. Which teams are you thinking are clearly better than the Warriors?

In the western conference alone I’m not betting on the Warriors to beat the Lakers, Suns, Nuggets or Clippers in a series. In the Eastern conference there is a 100% chance they lose to the Bucks and the Celtics probably have the edge this year.

Guess we’ll see. I’m confused though—you’re a Warriors fan but you’re getting aggy because some of us think the Warriors’ struggles/inconsistencies don’t reflect how good they can be? :why:

The Warriors are a .500 team this season. Your positivity doesn’t seem like it’s in good faith. This was you 6 years ago:manny:

You really dug up a post from six years ago

This can’t be life :heh:

What was going on six years ago where I said that? Is it possible there was sarcasm and trolling going on? How come you picked this random post and not posts from this season? I am both impressed and frightened. :merchant:

You say I am hedging bets and arguing in bad faith but you are saying things like the defending champs are a .500 team and it would be a miracle if they went back to back team if they lose to a Jokic-less Nuggets squad on the road in a regular season game in early April. It just doesn’t make sense especially when this Warriors team is largely intact from the team that won the chip last year. I’ll give you Wiggins has been bizarrely out. That’s significant. But it looks like he’s coming back. And in his absence other guys like Kuminga have been getting opportunities and are getting better.

Warriors are doing a masterful at playing hard and making it look like their not losing on purpose to be that 6th seed
