If I'm the Mavs fanbase and AD doesn't deliver, I'm calling for the head coach and GM to be fired.
Still 30 games to go but given DAL's current seeding and predicament with multiple injuries... out of the current top 3 seeds, MEM is probably their best chance of advancing past round 1, assuming DAL can keep it together long enough to qualify and be fully healthy.
They'd ironically be a bad matchup for LAL in a 4/5 matchup, at least until LAL gets more big men depth, but they're not getting to the 5th seed. LAL would have to move up to 2nd or 3rd. Long story short, i actually think DAL has a very good team but it probably wouldn't be enough for the ultimate goal.
