Ja Morant, Desmond Bane and Marcus Smart are expected to share the floor in a game for the first time since January. That trio in part is why Memphis has high expectations in the Western Conference.
Jaren Jackson Jr. will be out while nursing a low-grade hamstring injury, but Grizzlies fans will get their first look at 7-foot-4 rookie center Zach Edey. There has been a lot of buzz about Edey's performance through the team's first four practices. He could face a pair of quality NBA centers Monday night in Dereck Lively II and Daniel Gafford for the Mavs.
Other injured Grizzlies include Vince Williams Jr. (shin), Cam Spencer (ankle) and GG Jackson (foot surgery). They are all out on Monday.
