Jim has his flaws but he had a good run last handful of years with the Heat

Miami overachieved more often than not since he arrived in 2020

I think that’s what’s done them in more than anything. They’d essentially run back the same team with new bench pieces and expect them to overachieve like the previous guys did. It’s only so long that will work before those guys just don’t have it.
