OKC are a great defensive team who help and rotate, relentlessly, for 48 minutes. Those 3-pt attempts are needed to stretch out the defense to open up easier scoring opportunities.

Besides they shot 40% from 3 in that 1st quarter, and there's 0% chance they'd be that efficient from 2.
