:russ: Why is he talking like he’s 08 CP3
I mean he did once lead one of the worst ecf teams in Brooklyn to a playoff as the lone all star. He has that right. It’s a reason the league says he’s the 3rd greatest pg only behind Magic and Mike Conley. Not my words, that’s the league :hubie:

We might see three 60-win teams in the West this year and maybe a couple more in that 58 territory.

I just don’t see any letup in pursuit of a top-2 seed, plus some unspoken mvp prerogatives

Just look at the current top-6:
1-OKC, 2-SAS, 3-DEN, 4-LAL, 5-HOU, 6-MIN

As is, DEN/MIN and LAL/HOU are brutal toss up series, whereas OKC and SAS coast to round 2.

My Pelicans are 23-69 in heir last 92 games :to: and they don't wanna fire the coach
Yeah they're clearly doing evil right everyone's faces that they been doing for a minute now. That shyt isn't right, and ya'll about to watch the Hawks get a top 3 pick thanks to Joe Dumars. Similar to what Billy King did to my Nets. Unlike the Nets, it seems like the league office is on their asses about the ineptitude and uncompeititiveness going on down there.

@pete clemenza

It’s been 6-years but the Kawhi era is dead. Honestly, once they tricked off those 2-games vs DEN and no showed in game-7… it was all she wrote, ending where the disappointment first began (bubble series vs DEN)

Leonard, Lue, Harden all need to get bushed.

Free Zubac and let him get his ‘08 KG ring before he’s completely washed.

:yeshrug:Hey, mans did what he had to do to secure the win. He was out there playing inspired hoops and showing our 2 way guys what a leader and pro looks like.

But yeah, that nikka was terrible shooting tonight:lolbron: Dead legs, smoking layups, literally throwing shots at the rim. He found his inner :aicmon:tonight. Silver lining, in a sloppy ass game for everybody he only had 2 turnovers while racking up 11 assist, and they secured the dub. Mission accomplished.

Denver fixed their biggest weakness which was their bench. If they can stay healthy no other team except OKC is capable of beating them.

They’ll run right through a squad like Minny.

On the MVP front, I honestly won’t be surprised if someone like Luka ends up winning, even if Denver and OKC have better records. Just playing off the potential of voter fatigue and the feel-good story around the circumstances of the trade. The Lakers machine will be in full effect too if he keeps up his recent play.

I missed the Pistons game but I guess the next evolution for the final boss (Duren) will be to learn how to create his own offense… because having only 10 attempts (and 11 free-throws… so maybe 5-6 extra attempts there) as the #2, when your #1 had 45 shots and 18 freethrows…

Cotdamn :pachaha:

He turns 22 next week and has already defied expectations but fukk all that they should be looking ahead and booking next offseason’s keynote speakers for him… I’m talkin Jamal Crawford, KG, and making reservations with them same Shaolin Monks
