It's a coach with a boulder sized chip on his shoulder leading a bunch of players all with equal size chips and a duck you mentality. What they may lack in skill on the offensive end they're showing to make up in sheer bulldoggedness on the defensive end. He's molded them in his image and that shyt is so Detroit.
