The Ainge bozos are gonna have to make a decision sooner rather than later what to do with Markkanen. And if they decide to trade him, their demand cannot be four firsts, four swaps and the other team's 2-4 players.

The Pistons with Markkanen would be pretty scary. Their offer would have to be something based around Ivey, Tobias and a bunch of picks.

I'm sure Miami would be in the mix but I'm not sure if they could offer enough. It'd have to be Herro, picks and swaps, plus filler but Utah would have to want to pay Herro.

My two wild cards are Orlando and San Antonio.

The Magic trade would be pretty straightforward: Paolo for Lauri, though this would have to be in the summer because Paolo's still on his rookie deal. They always seem to play better with just Franz on the court; Lauri would be a better fit.

San Antonio is definitely not gonna happen but what if they dealt Harper and Vassel (for contract purposes) for Lauri? Just cash in on Harper now since even getting him was basically a miracle bestowed upon them by the Lottery gods. They put their eggs in the Fox basket once they paid him and they'd still have Castle leftover. Harper could very well wind up a better player than Lauri but the fit with him, Fox and Castle is gonna be wonky for a while. Lauri would make them immediately terrifying in the playoffs. The spacing he'd provide Wemby and Fox would be

Yup. Mentioned it already but what the ‘16 Thunder were to GSW and SAS, is what this year’s Rockets can be to OKC and Denver. As in we may not have the depth or late game synergy yet to keep up in regular season wins but it’s a team built for playoff ball. Defense, rebounding, and bit of a mean streak.

Got about 70 games to iron out the issues tho but with health, we’ll be no lower than the 3rd seed. Just gotta keep KD, Amen, and Sengun no higher than 36mpg
