My worry is that he thinks he's a 1st or 2nd option when he he really is a 3rd option. And he doesn't have 3rd option qualities. I believe he's a decent spot up shooter, but he struggles playing off the ball. And he's absolutely terrible on defense
Imo we cant get into what he thinks because we've only ever seen him in awkward situations :hubie: his game suggests he isn't interested in being the no. 1 he just wants to get buckets, and when you're on questionable franchises they will force you to be the leader simply based on points, MPJ on the nets is a good example, if you reversed his career no one would think this chucker on the Nets would be able to be a corner nikka in Denver and help them win a chip

He doesn't need to be good on defense on a team like the Pistons who already have multiple defensive players, everyone isn't mean to be two-way player and that's fine, plenty of top players doing absolutely nothing on defense out here.

Nico gave away luka over defense and everyone agreed that was a dumb decision, you dont give away explosive offense for defense, the best offense will always win out anyway

Pistons just need extra point production, we just saw houston go and get KD for that same reason, lost some defense trading away Dillon Brooks but the offensive pressure KD brings was worth it. Same thing with Lavine imo

Don't be fooled

Last season he smoked a LOT of games just getting dumb fouls :unimpressed: his biggest issue is consistency and controlling his mood

I don't think he can develop properly on the Grizz, he needs to be on a veteran team with a discipline-first kind of coach
Nah, he's gonna be an nba2k my team special event best version of Zubac possible for atleast 1-3 years at some point, but also be 7'5 while he does it :manny:

Maybe at some point, but rn i wouldn't trust him without a real vet guiding him

I had him on my fantasy squad last year and he sold, a LOT :unimpressed:

That's disrespectful to Giannis and it's not the same conversation

He actually delivered while he was at his peak :unimpressed: got a ring and back to back MVP's, no one's gonna look back and say "man Milwaukee had a chance and missed" that man delivered for his franchise, did everything a owner can ask for in a superstar and was grateful the whole time

Ja doesn't deserve to be in comparison to him, there's tons of non mvp, ringless players who lean on athleticism that we could compare him to.

And it looks way worse for Ja because he's still just a small guard, atleast giannis is still tall/strong once his motor starts slowing down.

Ja is literally useless if he cant float in the air
Yall are talking about team success, I'm talking about their games. Yall really believe Giannis is going to be as good when he can’t jump or barrel over folks anymore. Unless he develops somewhat of a jumpshot like LeBron, it’s going to get ugly.

Reddikk got his sliders up again

All whites on his team get +5 to all stats when 3 or more whites are on the floor at the same time

That Jackson Hayes putback made me flex too :ehh:
