I'm sorry, but I don't see OKC losing a 7 game series.

They are even better this year, and that is without seeing them whole:wow:

They got taken to 7 by two different teams last year where it EASILY could have gone the other way. :francis:

Playoffs completely different animal, man.

67 win Mavericks got taken out in 6 by GS :lupe:

Season 2 was great (season 1… couldn’t get passed ep 1) but the inherent flaw about the series was simple… nobody wants to watch that shyt after the fact.

Last Dance is a one of one because it went down memory lane with details many people didn’t know/remember from 30 years ago. Starting 5 is at its best the first 2-3 eps where it introduces the players… but everything else is rushed/poorly edited, especially the playoff portion. Which, again, no suspense because we’re only 3-months removed from it.

Just the other day I was thinkin about it and was gonna post that for future seasons they gotta do it the way boxing does (All Access, 24/7, etc) and make it lag by only a few weeks.. ramp it up during the playoffs where it’s damn near real time.

But, it’s a moot point now

They're hella young with a lot of their players still developing. Those series they powered through to win those game 7's are usually the ones that the young teams lose as part of their development journey for future championships. But OKC was able to jump straight to GO and win the chip. So I can understand why most people are quick to pencil them in as repeat champs. It's expected that their only gonna get stronger and more cohesive. And statistically and analytically they are the clear cream of the crop. But like you I've seen shyt happen in the playoffs that shows nothing's a given. Still, I'm taking them against the field right now if I had to bet on it. They look like a tank, and that's without J Will.

Raptors should call Portland about Jrue
Jrue getting 32mil for the next 2

A few teams could turn into contenders overnight with him tho when you think about it.

Wolves
Rockets
Suns
Healthy Dallas(splitting minutes with Kyrie)
Magic
Bucks again

But honestly Portland needs to move on from Jeremi Grant before anyone else

Dude has been playing the most meaningless basketball and goes completely under the radar cuz he's in Portland.

Dude went from the Sixers to Thunder, Pistons, to the blazers and has somehow managed to be invisible the entire time :russell:

When Grant didn’t want to stay wit the Nuggets, I knew he wasn’t about winning.

Robbed the league blind and gets 0 criticism

If a nikka wants to be a lifer in Portland there's a 95% chance he's doing that to avoid any expectations or attention :yeshrug: you can live in that Oregon bubble and be completely off the grid surrounded by pawgs, i lived there for 2 years on a work project :lolbron: i saw right through them nikkas instantly

Jerami Grant is what people say Zach LaVine is.

Coulda drafted Queen paired him next to Vuc for a bit to learn the center position more and then finally trade Vuc to let Queen take over smh.
They didn't like Queen.

...and with that being the case, they should have took the deal that Atlanta did for #13, because Essengue might have been there at 20 or wherever the fukk the Hawks ended up drafting from. And if he wasn't? Then who cares?

Would have been sitting on the potential #1 pick in next year's draft with the same amount of production out of their 1st Rounder this season. That makes more logical sense than them taking a player they don't like.
