:mjlol: At the free throw discrepancy in the Mavs-Suns game. You can’t tell me then a or refs don’t have a hand in betting. And then Dillon Brooks ruins the spread with his last bucket. All that work for nothin :russ:

Pointless comment if you didn’t watch the game.

Another stat is that Phoenix took 50 3s vs Mavs 22 3s. Likely meaning that Mavs attacked the basket while Suns did not. But I didn’t watch the game so I won’t speculate :yeshrug:

The NBA put the full 2006 ASG on their YouTube channel. I watched the 1st half when I was on the treadmill yesterday and I’m ngl…them nikkas were not trying at all :mjlol:

Slightly more effort defensively but biggest difference is it felt like it was just a lot less 3PA, more dunk attempts/lobs

That said I fully expect Sunday to be a terrible watch :ehh:

That's some real hoe ass shyt by the Warriors, to even make an issue about that, and then leak it too. They was really fukking with Kuminga.
But wait there’s more

Dudes saying kuminga isn’t a winning player. Who would perform well under these conditions? They hated that dude.

As an outside-observer, the Kuminga situation will always be a head-scratcher from the standpoint that he isn't even a top 50 player. Maybe in that top 50-70 depending on how much you want to bullishly glaze "potential"... and even then, there are a number of current players younger with the same "upside".

i.e. there's nothing about him that makes me think, "...well we just bushed Cam Whitmore last year but maaaan if we had Afrikan Cam Whitmore, we'd be lit!" And that's not saying he (or Cam) are bad players, but that wtf why is this still a thing? :mjlol: This is probably my first time speaking on it, more out of bemusement that it's still a thing years later.

And i get part of it: he plays on the same team with Curry and ppl want Curry to have a competitive team, so everything going on is illuminated. Whereas ppl stopped caring about Wiseman not getting burn once he got shipped out and got no burn in whereever the fukk he is now.

I don't even think it's a case of people holding Kuminga in some high regard or even thinking he's some high upside player (count me out), but it's moreso the fact that that's how it seemed Golden State was considering him when it came to trade talks prior to this deadline. They didn't want to to come off of him when decent offers were on the table, yet they gave him limited to no run so they appeared to be purposely diminishing their own asset that they clearly had no desire of retaining. It was very weirdly handled and I think that's where the intrigue came from.
