I don't think they're unraveling. Just timing and circumstance. Cleveland and San Antonio with those rangey bigs that can shut down the paint are Pistons kryptonite. Then they lose Ausar for a few games and Cade for one. They don't have enough talent to be able to sustain wings without their best player and best defender, especially as a elite defensive team.

But that's kind of what im getting at, with OKC the stars can get hurt and the backups still have confidence they can win games, you need those guys to be confident in the postseason and Detroit aint really showing that

They basically know they aint shyt if Cade aint there.

Cavs are in the east too so they cant just ignore how bad a matchup that is for them

just like that the Pistons drop down to probably not making the conference finals imo, and there's not much they can do about it but hope everyone is healthy and playing out of their minds.

I think the issue is just as simple as its always been, they need a second offensive option. If I was them I would see if they could make the space to go after either Reeves, Grimes, or Ayo while also trying to keep Harris on a good deal.

Gun to my head I think Grimes would fit defensively and could get his scoring back to what it was last year. He’s out of Philly too.

The fanbase is annoying but they got something legit in Cade. It's not rocket science what they need to do to take that team to the next level.

I think the issue is just as simple as its always been, they need a second offensive option. If I was them I would see if they could make the space to go after either Reeves, Grimes, or Ayo while also trying to keep Harris on a good deal.

Gun to my head I think Grimes would fit defensively and could get his scoring back to what it was last year. He’s out of Philly too.

Trajan should know wtf the mission is this off-season after the evaluation season. Should have a great idea of what the grocery list is, now it's time to go shopping in the summer, regardless of the outcome this playoffs.

They got too many defensive guys and "tough" guys, i think they can afford to have atleast one guy who is amazing on offense and not really defensive, you got enough players to cover up that weakness, Reaves would be amazing but i dont think he would wanna go to Detroit



They SHOULD have entered the LaMelo sweepstakes early this season before the hornets started clicking, 6'7 LaMelo and 6'8 Cade as your starting guards would've been a nightmare + 1 or 2 shooters
