Cards are going to be so bad this year, lord have mercy
Team just assumed that Kyler was a MVP level QB without any results to back it up, brought in a bunch of short shelf life ring chasers and had zero plan to actually sculpt a legit blueprint.

Now the team looks like it'll be mediocre to bad for the next 5 years

The new GM set them up to realistically turn this around quickly, especially if they scapegoat the current coaching staff after delivering a top 3 pick. Won't be hard to secure a hot HC candidate with a shiny new QB and a bunch of ammo (like Houston just did getting Ryans).

Will Anderson has to be otherworldly or that may go down as one of the worst trades in history

Cardinals gonna go Caleb-Marvin Harrison 1-2 and trade Kyler for another 1st

The only issue with this is trading Kyler for a first day pick.

Oh it’s gonna happen. Some middling team who is too far out of the top pick but still desperate for a QB is gonna trade for him. Titans, Raiders, Commanders, Rams, Falcons …

Bc of the contract maybe it’s a 2 instead of a 1
