I will say this about people saying Watson is done with Cleveland, good luck with Joe Flacco, I guess there ain’t no such thing as patience in the nfl, and a cheap Deshaun Watson is probably the most valuable piece in the nfl so maybe this what they want

1.) A “cheap” Deshaun doesn’t exist. He has a higher cap hit than Patrick Mahomes in 2024 and 2025

2.)How much patience does he get? Last year the excuse was that he didn’t play in 2 years. He hasn’t been the best QB on his roster the both years in Cleveland. A guy who was washed 5 years ago off the street looked better than he has ever had with the same roster. It should be noted Joe hasn’t even played with the best offensive player Chubb

It’s always funny to see teams poach guys form successful organizations front offices and think it will transfer over to them

Joe Douglas is a perfect example, dude came from the Eagles organization and one of the things he was known for is being great at drafting/developing offensive lineman. The jets offensive line has been a complete disaster his entire time as the GM
