One has a 3-7 record and one 8-6 -- one is last in the div, one leads or am I missing something? Ofc football is a team sport and your schedule is not "fair", but as long as your team wins you'll skate criticism that should be coming your way.

Other than that I think Fields has been getting mad props this season despite the bears being trash
