Just as the title says rank all the opponents lebron faced in the finals

1. 07 Spurs - Prime Duncan, Manu, Tony, and Bowen
2. 14 Spurs - damn near made every shot in this series. Blew lebron off the court
3. 16 Warriors
4. 11 Mavs
5. 13 Spurs
6. 15 Warriors
7. 12 Thunder - last because of youth

When the 17 warriors win they will come in at 2 or 3.

Pretty reasonable, but I'd rank the Mavs last or second-to-last

Mavs are criminally overrated. Lost in the fact that Bron played like :wrist: is the fact that they were a couple plays away from getting swept by the Heat with Bron playing like that. They get run off the floor with the real Bron (or something anywhere close to it) out there.

Honestly I think they rigged it. No way in hell they should have beaten them

Disagree. They are criminally underrated actually. They went 57-25 in the regular season, they ranked 8th in offensive rating and 8th in defensive rating, in the playoffs they brought out a zone defense that was incredibly hard to score on for one-on-one scorers. In the playoffs Dirk was in god mode, they had Terry and Barea instant offense off the bench, two physical on-ball defenders in Marion and Stevenson, Kidd was still giving you 8 points and 8 dimes in 30 minutes with good defense, Tyson Chandler was a DPoY candidate and dominant rebounder, they had Peja's sharpshooting off the bench.

In the first round they defeated Portland with LMA, and an older Brandon Roy who showed flashes of his prime form in the series (4-2)...
They swept the defending champion Lakers, Kobe was held to 23 points a game...
They beat up and coming OKC, Durant was held to 43% shooting and Russell was held to 36% shooting...

This is all before facing the Heat, if LeBron plays like LeBron they probably win but they don't get enough credit for how they defended star players. LeBron struggled against the zone and he saw an elite rim protector and multiple defenders. LeBron wasn't the only scorer who struggled against Dallas in those playoffs.

Well for starters, if we are comparing Finals teams wouldn't the only relevant factors be how the team played in the Finals and in turn how they stack up based upon this? At least that is how I looked at it :manny:. That wasn't the first or only zone Bron ever saw, but that was the worst we've ever seen him respond to it and yet the Mavs still needed a miracle 4th qtr comeback in game 2 and a D. Wade unforced error in game 4 to even make it to game 5 with Bron playing like that. I think every other squad listed sweeps that Heat team with Bron playing like that. Some of these squads actually beat the Heat/Cavs with Bron playing like Bron. Which of the other teams do you think they should be placed over?

Don't care if people think the Mavs were overrated in 2011. They won it. :myman:

I believe the Mavs were up in game 4 86-83 when Wade turned the ball over. Not to mention, wasn't that the game Dirk was sick?
