*Rant* Why does everytime you visit a new barbershop

Why are you visiting a new shop so often?

They get some young nugga on their training wheels to cut you? They don't realize when they fukk up they lose a customer?

This nikka got me one side taller than the other, he lined it early on so when I saw it I was like "Yo can you level this out." and he was like I got you fam, I'm trying to figure out where he fukked but I can't. That's the worst, when you get a bad cut and I can't go home and fix it myself because I can't figure out where, I told him to level it out.

Then to disinfect he uses the same hairbrush (to brush off left over hair debris) to rub it in.

He asked me if it burns, of course not. You're using the wrong shyt, it's supposed to sting slightly motherfukker.

Man I hate when the fade is uneven.

I honestly don't fukk with barbers unless they come up with dope ideas for the cut. I rather have "yo on this taper, you want the facial hair right? Lemme ghost that hoe in for you fam" than "so what you wanna do with ur head." Like my nikka, wtf can you do to my head?

Most of all I hate a switch up barber. You get a fresh cut one week and go back for the same cut and nikka start switching up

I'm finna switch barbers too. Last time I went there the worst barber the only one there! I just wanted a lineup and dude didn't even wanna use the t liner, just was gonna use the blade. I ain't about to pay 8 bucks for a lineup for this dude to do my shyt quick and get out. So I told him nah use the t-liner first. Then after he did he was tryna act like he's done, then I said nah use the blade. Get your money's worth!

Definitely speak up if you see a barber bout to fukk up or do your shyt a way you don't want it. I'd say just cut it down a lil, this muhfukka gonna give me a 1 or 2 LIKE WTF?!

Never had a problem with any female barber I have ever come across

But I have a very simple low haircut so I cant say that I was asking anything demanding of them either

What you need to do is find someone that provides mobile barbering services in your area.......that way you can set yourself a time and a place and have your cut done on your schedule by someone you trust

I am thinking of trying to start one with a guy met in this entreoreneurship class I am doing

Shyt happened to me last week went to a new shop


Bro pushed my line back and left it uneven brehs dude got no tip. He knew what he did too, charged half.

Dude was all the way in the back too and was the only one in there. Red flags I should've known

Yeah one time I had to go to another shop because of a last minute emergency and some 19 year old kid was salty @ me because I didn't want him to cut me...talking bout "I'm free let's get it popping!!!! "...how about no I waited for 2 heads to have the owner cut me and I told him about it.

3 things to avoid in a barbershop.

1.) Any female...99% of females cutting hair aren't doing a good job. Yeah, she might be cute, yeah you might want some soft hands on your head, but in reality she's going to give you a cut that if she saw you she'd curve you cause your hair is fukked up.
2.) The nikka with the open chair when there's people waiting. There's a reason he's open and people are waiting.
3.) The only nikka in the shop. 9 times out of 10, the good barbers have made their money and can afford to not be there 24/7 while the nikka struggling can't afford to not be there.

When you avoid all this:

Sit in the line where you see everyone else waiting, they're waiting for a reason.
And I don't like the jab at female barbers, but hey I'm not one so it don't better me that much. Cause they prolly will clown the dude with the bogus cut.

My cousin had the same issue when he got a bad cut. I didn't see where the barber fukked up but he was mad when he looked in the mirror & couldn't fix it.

Real talk my niqqaz....why does it feel like when you find a good barber...the wait time is so long and it feels like u in a beauty shop waiting many hours like some women do. I mean one of my barbers take his time, get their late, have to have smoking breaks and hit the blunt between cuts, ask u to buy him food before u come, or have u come to the shop and he be there over an hour late. Other than that, dude cool AF, very personable and always low key high. He a plug for some shyt too if u into recreational party favors.
