well Elliott Wilson works for Hov's blog (has his own YouTube show), Paul Rosenberg (Em's manager) funds the Rap Radar website, and Drizzy gave him 2 big interviews last year, was one of the hottest rappers of the past year, and gives him inside access on shyt. So of course he was gonna have those 3 on the list..

Lets put it to you this way, if Kanye gave their asses all access to certain things, or gave YN a interview last year, his album would have been ranked higher..


Matter a fact..that whole list is ranked based on their relationships with the artist..I mean shyt WALE is on their list ..and he is REALLY cool with them..so of course we ALL know how these nikkas operate..and we shouldn't even be surprised at this point
