You got a state with 75% of the legislature being Democrat that studied Repeartions. Instead of taking the logical conclusion that we should aim for 75% of Congress being Democrat, you want less Democrats which will magically put Reparations on the agenda.

Where did I say that I want LESS Democrats?? I've always said demand something for your vote. If Dems can't meet our demands well good luck to them winning without our votes. It's up to them to meet OUR demands.

It's essentially a 40 billion dollar loan they have to pay back. On top of that they could only access 15% of that 40 billion.

If reparations ended up being structured like that I'd move out of the country.
