That's interesting. Although I'd speculate his persona and antics played a huge role in getting noticed too. Same can be said bout Lil B, Young Thug, etc. 50 Cent too, with his beefs, etc.
Lil B dropped what, like over 3k songs before he started blowing up?

Co-sign this. You need to have realistic goals in whatever field you apply your talents too cause when it's failing you got to know when to let it go. Hell for all the cats who are talking about dude is a nobody well at least he had the opportunity to get national exposure cause I'm SURE we ALL no some local cats who just KNEW they were going to blow up and never even made it off the block :mjcry:

This is real rap.

But seriously I hate hearing about shyt like this when rappers are down and out cause man, these dudes are legends and inspirations to me but how they gonna inspire new generations of rap fans and artists if they're not allowed the opportunity to grow with their art or they get disrespected and unacknowledged constantly?

Oh and @MTAFZ is right, Agallah's legacy in the game has been cemented already even if he's not in the books he has the discography and body of work to back it up. And us real rap fans know the deal.

He need to get on that EDM wave. Submit some beats to Pitbull and Flo-Rida or some shyt, something. Hip hop been dead for a while.
Thats what everybody else is doing that's what Im doing hey there ain't no money in rap anymore and everyone is a rapper or a beatmaker. The game is oversaturated.

Take it from me - failed internet rapper extraordianare - : How you think GZA feels that ODB is more well loved? The masses don't care to listen to "art". They respond to ??? (x factor).

Think: Trump vs qualified candidates.

No matter how you feel inside. No matter how may loved ones tell you you're special.

The crowd wants what it wants. You CANNOT beg for props. Just realize that you ain't the herb they lookin for.

atleast GZA can tour around the world with Wu Tang and make money...

this dude has literally no chance of making any income through music.

I think it was more like 1,000...but he was already "internet famous" by then, he has 3,000 something now I believe. Or around those lines. He has a ridiculous amount of mixtapes. He still drops heat....Thugged Out Pissed Off gets burn from me still. :whew:

I don't know why people keep bringing up dip set. He really had nothing to do with them musically. He was just in a group with a couple affiliates. Dude was killing the underground scene since the 90s. Ags dope man. His production is way above average and I even like him on the mic. Hope he pulls through this, I bet Sean ps death fukked him up.

No Father To MY Style.. A Son Unique
Peace to agallah one of my fav unsung hip hop heros. Dude a legend off rising to the top along. Never mind he ghost produced/wrote for onyx

He just need to take his meds again

Does this sound like a sane individual to you :skip:

Sounds like onyx circa 9495 when he wrote for them.

Ag needs to get off the street beat route and work the labe madlib n dilla laid for him. Make those movie like beat cds. His sound is lush no homo and woukd need rappers to carry jt. A agallah album in the vein of donuts would rock
