Rapper Chinx Was Targeted According to NYPD

NYPD detectives say Chinx was actually targeted in last year's shooting. Now this is a big change. Initially they thought Chinx was hit during a drive-by. Added details in the shooting death of Lionel "Chinx" Pickens have been revealed following the release of a news report from Fox 5 NY. According to detectives Lieutenant Richard Rudolph and Lieutenant Louron Hall, the Queens rapper was not the victim of a drive-by, and was instead targeted.According to Lt. Rudolph, the shooter walked directly up to Chinx's vehicle and began shooting.

They were saying a car pulled up alongside them at first. I also remember the NYPD raiding a house that day with the suspected killers inside but I guess it wasn't them.
