Right! Like somebody said Mic Geronimo... blackballed how? Unless someone went out of their way to ensure that he never got work again in the rap game, he was not blackballed. He put out two albums, neither of which even went gold, left that label, and then hip-hop was moving into an era where going platinum was the goal... what label would be dying to sign Mic, or better yet, what great opportunities would he be getting blocked from and by whom?

Idk about this tho. Cuz around his 2nd album Irv was trying to get Mic to sign him as a manager.
When he refused, Irv & him fell out & thats when he practically "dropped" Mic and we never heard
from him until 6 years later, and a even smaller indie label.

And Irv was the one who got him the TVT deal.

Now im not saying its blackballing, but it is close to it.
