I think Raekwon has basically been the same rapper since his debut came out. He hasn't gotten better, he hasn't gotten worse. He's pretty much been the exact same rapper his whole life

Ehhhh he's been pretty much the same to me. He's had that same flow, saying pretty much the same thing for 25 years. (Not counting that Snoop Lion phase)
