but if he had shyt like this

it would have been better

Atsol definitely had superior production. No doubt. Very underrated album. People still point to restless as his best :dead: some people think 40 days and nights was his first album. Smh. Nothing XZ has ever released is touching that first album. shyt was flames front to back.

X's flow was better on it. Easily.
You sound stupid easy now I can see if you said he got him by a slim margin which is not correct anyway..but more power to you I'm not gonna argue with nikkas on a lower level. Peace to you and yours bruh:salute:

That nikka Ras wasn't even on beat. Especially at the end of the verse where the nikka tried to fit too many words in a bar. Nas owned that beat. Flowed like water.
Nah he was definitely on beat. Ras just always flowed differently than Nas. Nas flow was more fluid, but I preferred what Ras Kass said.

Yup. One style is better than the other. Ras Kass is dope. Especially lyrically. But he ain't fukkin wit Illmatic Nas.
It's a matter of opinion but lyrically soul on Ice is above illmatic. Much more provactive and food for thought. Just different perspectives of emcees. Nas had the street tales and ras had more of a world view perspective.

It was a wake up show freestyle. Nas was on subject. And was on beat. Ras wasn't. Nas fit the whole vibe of that beat like glue. U would be hard pressed to find many people who don't think Nas has the best verse on it. I also think Big L's wake up show rap was better than Ras Kass' as well.

I disagree that it was lyrically better. But to each it's own. Nas for damn sure delivered his points and set out to do what he came to do better.

Nas was the better overall rapper, Ras was a significantly superior lyricist
Even if u feel he was a better lyricist he was significantly better. And yes. Nas was the better rapper. That's all that really matters. Ras Kass is prolly the best of the lyrical miracle rappers for sure tho.

I've never really heard people talk about who had a better verse. It was just a dope song. Ras Kass wasn't off beat at all. I don't know why you keep saying that. He wasn't lol.

They both stayed on topic. The beat definitely sounds more like a Nas vibe though.
