I can't really catch the rhythm to it, trying to imagine someone spitting over it is difficult.

I like the dark vibe of the track however I feel there's too much drums in there.

Type metronome into google and play around with that. Once you get a good tempo, base the beat around that. It will help you with an actual rhythm for the beat.
