Dawg I’m in Panama City right now, I leave next week.
The amount of BAD women walking the streets, at the airport, on the bus. Head was on a mf swivel the whole day. Crazy slim thick bodies, tan skin, minimal makeup/eyelashes
And if you a brown/dark skin breh you’ll blend in like you Panamanian. Until you open your mouth, definitely learn some Spanish if you thinking about sliding down here

How did the natives down there treat you?
My moms is Panamanian so I been rolling around with cousins & uncles. They been lookin out for me, no problems so far

I’m in a Airbnb, it was way cheaper. I like being able to cook my own food and do laundry when I travel. Went to the supermarket and got some breakfast shyt..eggs, pancake mix, granola, yogurt .
Granted, I’m away from the city center/nightlife..but it’s only a 10/15 minute drive away so it ain’t that bad.

I’ve been doing a lot better. I’m attending therapy weekly, I dated a women for a few months and right now I’ve been keeping myself busy with work and gym.
