The food sucks, city is boring, sports teams are ass, etc. I can go on and on

Absolutely nothing about Philly is even worth visiting

Only city that’s worse than Philly (I’m surprised that’s possible too) is Baltimore

Exactly... I wish I knew about this series during that thread. Miami was amazing when I spent a couple weeks there last summer. Bad hoes EVERYWHERE, bright and sunny, great weather, warm water at the beach, beautiful scenery, etc. Yes, I know there are a lot of racist white Cubans, but that's the only downside. I would take away a point for that, but it would still get a 9 in my book.

Anyway, with regard to Philly... I lived there for a decade. I gave it an 8, maybe partially from my own nostalgia. However, Philly is really dope. Philly brehs have the GOAT slang and sense of humor. There is Black culture for days: the music, the mural art, the history, etc. The summer has so many activities to do around the city. It is very easy to navigate, for the most part. The only negatives are the cacs, who are either inexplicably violent sports fans, racist Irish/Italians, heroin addicts, or all of the above. Also, it is easy to get murked in Southwest Philly.

Its typical northern corridor type vibe. Its like NY junior with the glamour. The people are chill altho they seem to have a philly vs the world chip on they shoulder but its all good. Has culture, good food and they loooove sports.

Philly. Spent many summers and holidays there visiting fam. South Street is cool. Downtown is cool. I always trip at narrowness of small some of the their streets and rowhouses, but that's the "charm" of being an old ass Northeast city. I know it's not as fancy overall as NY and DC, but that's what makes it Philly. Besides its redeveloping like all other urban cities.
I've met a lot of attractive Philly women, not the baddest compared to other places but nice. My female cousins would always bring their friends around as kids and they were usually nice looking, and as adults they mostly 7 - 8s. I always appreciated the Philly accent, so when Fresh Prince was on the air I felt like I was listening to my older cousins. The music scene for the 90s and 2000s kept hip hop and R&B soulful as fuuuck. It's alot of ratchet street fukkery, but it's alot of black folks doing good and uplifting. In an alternate universe I would have moved there.
