For a history/architecture buff, the Philadelphia area is a jewel. The urban blight is bad of course but in terms of its nice areas, it’s one of the most beautiful places in the country. And there’s a ton of historic sites here. The average Coli nikka could care less though.

I've only been once for like half a day like back in 2012. The part I saw looked alright but don't know much about the city. I had the cheesesteaks. Went to Pats and Ginos. I'll let the locals discuss their opinion on that cuz I hear it's a big debate there. Saw the area around the liberty bell and some building with who I think was Ben Franklin on it. I'm sure the locals know the area. I think like south Philly. There was a nice Asian area around there too. I think the Rocky steps are close by. There's a school there but I forgot the name. Like a university. Seemed like a nice place to visit. Lots of history there. Not sure about living. Haven't heard much about cost or crime in Philly lately. I'm sure it's up there in price tho.
