That version sucks.

This is the ONLY version that matters.....

10 without question. They towered above every female R&B group in the extremely competitive 90's...they have a staple/classic on each of their 3 albums released in the 90's

I see "Right Here/Human Nature" on my timeline or twitter feed at least 3 times a month

I never see destiny's child or En Vogue - the crossover artists that everybody supposedly loves, just saying :francis:

There weren't better then TLC or en vogue....now if you wanna say there better then TLC vocally as in coco you have a arguement but they definitely dont have the hits TLC has or longevity...TLC has a 9 year run from 92-2000

all of this is a matter of preference so arguing who is better or not us all subjective..

but to me, none of those other groups have the same real and raw R&B flavor that SWV had...they were hood chicks that made hood chick R&B

you really think TLC has a song as good as "Rain", "Right Here" or "Use your Heart" - not talking about popular, i'm talking about soulful R&B.

I remember not realizing that I fukked with SWV heavy until later on .....and that 2nd album is madd underrated...but I can only give them a 6 cause they were very run of the mill .... I feel like they were not that "unique" they just got "chosen"...but they got some heat tho....

  1. 27. But I’ve listened to a lot of R&B from the 50’s, 60’s & 70’s since that’s what my Dad played all the time and I stand by my statement
So how could you rank them a 10 and put them with groups like the temptations, supremes, earth, wind, fire, the comadors, new edition, groups that continue to put out real heat over a decade

They don't belong in that class
