It's a 10 from me. DC is probably the greatest female group of all time. Classic songs. IMO 2 classic albums in Writings on The Wall and Survivor. No bad albums. Dance. Each one was talented. Kelly :noah:

And like someone mentioned before they had the perfect exit. No fall off. Came out with Destiny Fulfilled, crushed the buildings then broke up gracefully.

10

:patrice: you walk around the house singing "Survivor", "Bills bills bills" and "Soldier"?

they made female empowerment anthems.

8 for impact, harmonies except Michelle, dropping an undisputed Classic in Writing's on the Wall, longevity and popularity-they may only be second to the Spice Girls for modern-day girl groups. Two points off for the drama and eventually landing on Michelle :snoop: I still can't listen all the way through to "Is She the Reason":sadbron:

Cater to you, soldier, no no no, if you leave her???

They made slow jams, love songs, female empowerment anthems, relationship songs. they made it all.

I’m Not sure how you can just put them in the female empowerment anthem box.

I dont have to walk around singing the songs for them to be good. I just remember when that album dropped and how huge and impactful it was. The music was crazy good and it was everywhere. Bootylicious was added to the fukkin dictionary :russ:

Album is classic status.

cmon man...SWV made songs everybody could bounce to even the slow jams

also if we're being 100% honest, RAIN is a cookout/black classic right up there with BEFORE I LET GO by Maze

I don't believe DC has one of those despite their accolades :francis:

10.

Vocals, harmonies, hits, music videos, sex appeal without trying. Pick your poison--they had it all. They also accomplished all of this before they were even 25 :wow:

Y'all sleep on Michelle. She was the red-headed step child but was also an important piece. I used to have a crush on her as a jit

Any OG's know why they split besides Bey going solo?
