I had the honor of catching him in this tiny little club in VA once. It held maybe 100 people. They had pretty much paid him to just show up but when he was about to leave the crowd start yelling for him to do a song. He got on the mic and said "I'm not here to preform." The crowd yells louder. "Ya'll really wanna hear a song?" The crowd yells louder. "fukk it!!" He ended up preforming like 5 songs. shyt was one of the livest experiences of my life. I was literally a foot away from da gawd . This was about 5 years ago and he still looked 25. You could see the joy in his eyes and the crowd of maybe 60 to 80 people was in pure heaven. The energy was everything. Real hip hop at it's finest.
