re-watching Arrow starting from season 1 and I got questions (LOTS OF SPOILERS)

looks like arrow is amping up to have one hell of a season this yr, so I decided to spend some free time rewatching it from the beginning

on ep 1 right now

that moment when Oliver was on the island running through the terrain with the bushy beard that was always a trademark of Green Arrow in the comics and cartoons

my dude was barely recognizable

stone cold killer, snapping spines like it's nothing


looking back on it and knowing some of the stuff that he went through in that 5 yr period.... all the training, losing loved ones, slade going crazy on the island, leaving the island and having to come back, working for Argus






season 1 Laurel >>>>>>>>>>> than all other seasons

that moment when you realize that the show been about Sarah since the beginning.... ever since when Laurel was in her office and the TV started showing that Ollie was back, and it started talking about the fact that Sara Lance was deceased and Laurel turned off the tv

Sarah was the star all along, brehs....






speaking of Laurel's office.....

wasn't Laurel the DA in season 3? notice how they ain't mentioned nothing about her job lately brehs?









and oh yeah, before I get, this was the pre-Felicity era


I miss this, brehs.... tell me how to get things back the way they used to be

he was Oliver's Fozzie



imagine how good the show would have progressed if they would have kept Tommy as his best friend


and I forgot that Oliver had a black dad too

notice how the creators of both Flash and Arrow are on that #blackexcellence tip

except for the obviously moments when they introduced the black firestarter last week

and when you think about it, it's amazing that Det Lance didn't put a bullet in Oliver like back in season 1 sometime



when you really think about it, Oliver singlehandedly destroyed his entire life

took his underage daughter on a yacht trip without parental permission, her missing for years and being tortured and turned dark by the League, turned lesbian

Lance's wife left him, his other daughter became a drunk and a walking L, he developed a heart problem




no wonder he was going off on Ollie last week telling him he wasn't accepting no judgment from a fakkit like him

season 3 had some nice moments (specifically the first Ollie ras fight and the flash crossover )

But let's not pretend that the overall season wasn't trash breh

y'all I just realized something

so we all know this Ollie Felicity thing is a shipper thing, right?

Well in season 1 of Arrow, when Oliver is fresh off the island, all he can think about is Laurel

like, he has the pic of her on the island, and the first thing he wants to do when he gets back is go and see her

well they're going to have to tie that into the flashbacks some kind of way... so maybe they'll go more into that story of how Oliver wanted to get back to her.... and then tie it into the present day where something happens to Felicity (hopefully she dies.... don't judge me ) and then Ollie and Laurel get together like how they're supposed to be

Ollicity is the worst thing to happen to arrow. Her s enes are borderline unwatchable now. And I may be the only one but Arrow season 1 is the best season if the show. I know a lot of brehs like season 2 better.

Also Ollie is goat level scumbag when it come to bytches he did Tommy dirty, he did Slade dirty, he did Ray dirty.
