How do you decide the amount? I saw some tweet where some dude said he calculated it at like 1.2 mil each which is insane.
Why not something more long term like tax breaks or something along those lines?
What qualifies someone as ADOS? How do you determine if you are a descendant of a slave and how would that even be verified?
