I think the keyword is "constantly".
It is a little weird to run around like you the cops looking for people tell on.
But on the flip scamming people is fukked up too. But who knows if the people teaching this just don't know.
There are so many people doing it,sometimes people assume it must be legal,or they are exploiting some loophole.
Or that these institutions have a slim chance of actually coming after you.
So many financial channels telling people to lie and basically scam its not even funny.
Maybe I just assume people know a scam when they hear one. So I assume people willing to participate know its a scam but are banking on nobody coming after them,or think the risk is worth it. Since white collar crime often gets a slap on the wrist.

Nah bro, these people that prey on our community need to be called out and hung out to dry.

They preying on the people who yea, sure they may think "This MAY not be ETHICAL, but I NEEEED to get by", because life is hard as hell man. Some dude that look and talk like you and said they made it out of your community and can pull you and your family out, by paying them for some info, is a demon, for real.

We always want to say "big businesses do this" and "CACs do that" but it don't matter. What people don't see is, sure you likely won't go to jail unless you hitting for super Ms, but your ass will ruin your credit for 20 years and get assets taken and closed accounts and stuff that will make your life a hell. And people don't want to talk about that, because it's not visible, but it's the reason they gotta live in someones dirty basement at 35.

Burn em down. If you legit you don't get caught.

This "Pocket Watching" dude just exposed another chick that has a big name by telling people to open a fake business, get a 80k business loan, use that loan to pay off your student debt, then close the business :russ:

Like man, first of all a business that opened yesterday can't get a 80k loan.

Second, is when your loan get reviewed, they will see you paid on your loans and determine that you and the LLC are one, since you paid personal bills, so now you owe 80k instead of 50k lmao.

Third, a 80k business loan is so you can make 160k+ with your business. We keep pushing business loans to buy and pay for stuff, when these loans are actually the key to making your business bigger. That's like being on the streets, getting fronted some money to get some keys and using that money to pay off a loan. Now you can't buy the keys, that would've made you triple your money. And you owe the person who fronted you the cash, all you did was try to switch cities. Dumb ass scam.

He’s really not though. You can actually do what he’s saying. It’s a bending of rules. The APR may shoot up significantly which him500 didn’t mention.

IT'S CLEARLY BREAKING THE RULES. IT'S FRAUD. IT'S JUST THAT SOME PEOPLE GOT AWAY WITH IT AND PAID THE BANK BACK. IF THE BANK GETS THEIR MONEY THEY ARE MORE INCLINED TO LOOK THE OTHER WAY. COME UP SHORT ON THE BREAD AND YOU'RE LOOKING AT PROSECUTION.

I think the difference in the streets is the assumed defininite consequence of taking somebodies money in the streets, and not repaying. Most people in the streets aren't willing to take that risk or have that as their reputation. But people are willing to take this risk of having jacked up credit lol. Plus they assume the consequences aren't bad enough they aren't willing to take the risk. That lady probably just wants to use a business loan to pay student loans because it will be easier to file for bankruptcy. Knowing its unlikely she would go to jail, but would just have bad credit she can repair again or has a work around for. I see this differently than people who offer business propositions to black people, who don't fully tell the risk. Maybe I just assume with these schemes, that people know its possibly a scam. But the risk outweighs the reward for them. I could be overestimating peoples common sense though.

And I say possibly a scam, because sometimes a "scam" is just exploiting a loophole. But even when something seems like a scam, someone with common sense would do more research.

So you want other nikkas to unknowingly go-to jail following a scammer:dahell:
But they won’t for what him500 was explaining. It’s exploiting a loophole.

And let the Feds do their work. If what he’s doing is illegal he’ll get caught without another brother pointing the finger.

Bro it’s not even a valid loophole because you have to do forgery to attain it. Loopholes NEVER involve criminal activity, or else it’s just a scam.

Navy Fed checks have to be made out to the seller, so you have to either forge one or get someone to fake sell you a CAR THEY DONT OWN lol

Man... I can't believe the Earn Your Leisure guys just sat there and let this dude tell those lies. This makes me look at them different smh.

Exactly what I was thinking. It gives more credence to what the guy in the OP was talking about, these scammers buying features on these platforms to make themselves appear legit.

It’s a shame that so many of us want to take shortcuts when it comes to finances and business. And it’s even worse that there are Black people preying on other Black people.

A lot of what they do is based on using flashy things to gain people’s trust. They rent cars, rent homes and buy fake watches to fool people into thinking that they’re making more money than they really are.

I saw a couple of other videos by Him 500 and in one he was bragging about owning a private jet. I was curious about how much he spent on that jet. I googled the registration number, and what he didn’t tell us is that that jet is 27 years old, probably cost $3 million, and can be financed for maybe $13k a month. It’s not like he went and paid for a new $50 million dollar jet.

There has always been scammers among us but now they have access to a much larger audience. And if they think the Feds ain’t watching...

I’m sure we will see one of these guys on American Greed, really soon.

I here you bro and won’t get into specifics on here but there is a legal way for the check to be cashed. No fraudulent documents are required but what if you have a connect (owner) at a car dealership?

My train of thought is the same with an attorney and CPA, their jobs is to look for legal loopholes in the system. Just the name of the game. It doesn’t matter what I think about something, whether it’s morally wrong, but what’s written in black and white. If the policy is written a certain way then we as a consumer can use It to out advantage until it’s changed :yeshrug:

Breh that’s still fraud…you’re still using the banks money fraudulently

And no reputable dealership would agree to that. It would be hella easy to find out too.
