Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
It’s a shame that so many of us want to take shortcuts when it comes to finances and business. And it’s even worse that there are Black people preying in other Black people.

A lot of what they do is based in using flashy things to gain people’s trust. They rent cars, rent homes and buy fake watches to fool people into thinking that they’re making more money than they really are.

I saw a couple of other videos by Him 500 and in one he was bragging about owning a private jet. I was curious about how much he spent on that jet. I googled the registration number, and what he didn’t tell us is that that jet is 27 years old, probably cost $million, and can be financed for maybe $13k a month. It’s not like he went and paid for a new $50 million dollar jet.

There has always been scammers among us but now they have access to a much larger audience. And if they think the Feds ain’t watching...

I’m sure we will see one of these guys on American Greed, really soon.

And this is why fake gurus prey on blacks people cause they know the typical breh isn’t even doing this simple Google search

Bro it’s not even a valid loophole because you have to do forgery to attain it. Loopholes NEVER involve criminal activity, or else it’s just a scam.

Navy Fed checks have to be made out to the seller, so you have to either forge one or get someone to fake sell you a CAR THEY DONT OWN lol
Ok.. I hear ya

Lienholders/Banks also call to verify there is full coverage on their vehicles as well. So now you have to produce fake insurance documents which also has signatures and a VIN # to a vehicle that may not even be yours.

The moment your fake endorse a check from a bank, every piece of paper work after that is apart of the fraud and it starts to add up.

Couldn't I just "buy" your car that you do own? Then sell it back to you later for a couple hundred dollars?

In a sense of him actuality getting arrested. I see his ads everywhere and as soon as I see yatch and rented lambo trucks I know something is up.
Once you see lambos, private Jets and being flashy with watches and chains it’s a fake guru. And it’s not a racial thing. There is white, latino, asian and Arab fake gurus on social media that do the same shyt.

I fukk with Earn Your Leisure but they are either lazy with the background checks on their guests or they don't care. They've had Jay Morrison on the show who we already know is a scammer. Justin Owens used to do WakeUpNow pyramid schemes, now he's pushing forex and crypto. Ronne Brown is another one who used to do MLM. Do a Google search and a thread on LipstickAlley comes up running down how she scammed people. Dana Chanel and her husband Prince Donnell scammed their customers out of millions and have whole IG pages dedicated to how they've scammed people. I'm sure people have made them aware of this. They had Masika from Love & Hip Hop on Market Mondays trying to teach people how to do options trading and it was a shytshow.

Ian Dunlap is NOT a scammer as far as I know because he actually knows his stuff when it comes to trading but I look at him sideways for knowing better and still trying to be buddy buddy with these nikkas. There's probably more but I'll stop there. Now this Him500 dude is trying to get people to commit bank fraud. I already heard that his "Recession Proof" course was trash but this just took away all his credibility imo. Rashad & Troy have to do better at vetting these people and stop being blinded by that affiliate money. This is not to say that they haven't had legit business owners on there either, but for every 10 Budgetnistas, they'll have 1 Jay Morrison. All they're doing is giving these scammers credibility. At some point, they need to be held accountable.

Breh that’s still fraud…you’re still using the banks money fraudulently

And no reputable dealership would agree to that. It would be hella easy to find out too.
NFCU’s policy literally says plainly that if the consumer doesn’t use the loan for a car, it’ll be converted to a personal loan with a higher APR.

Am I trippen/missing something and if so let me know, the bank has their policy written out

Exactly. I knew they were heading down a bad path when I saw that Reality star Masika Kalysha on. I was like they need to start vetting their guests better. Then I started noticing all of their guests as soon as you go the guests IG pages all had a linktree with options to get courses. I was like why do all the guests have courses to sell and it’s all for the culture. I’m happy that EYL has gotten bigger and have more esteemed guests but they need to distance themselves from some of these individuals Bc it will come back to bite them. Especially since when sh*t hits the fan, people will blame Rashad and Troy for introducing and co-signing those scamming and using ppl.

Let’s just keep it a buck most people doing this don’t have any other real avenues to make money . Some already have bad credit

So taking money that becomes a debt because you lied & trying to flip it is worth the reward.

You flip it now you got more money & can possibly repay the loan or flip it for a larger play

You lose it & its :yeshrug:

Was never yours to begin with & who cares at that point if your credit fukked.

Anybody with real money or things they care about would get an LLC
