Ppl laugh but that’s one of those things where working out really helps in day to day life. I’m a girlie girl by all means, but if it’s the gym or groceries/shopping bags I’m going to thug it out and handle as much as possible every time.

I can’t take inefficiency. Certain things in life gotta be a one and done, and taking bags out of the car is one of them
