Back in the 90's, I probably listened to more Chronic and Doggystyle. But those two albums sound dated. Undeniably classic, but a product of their time.

Dogg Food, on the other hand, is a timeless album. It sounds less dated than ANY album from before 2000. More importantly, I appreciate the album more every time I listen to it. It's better than reasonable doubt, but it's also better than any other album I can think of.

Dogg Food is def iller to me now than it was back then. I kinda was underwhelmed by it in 1995. Now I love it.

But RD just operates on an entirely more sophisticated and fly plane than the schlocky death row stuff. It's like comparing oz to the wire.

Easily, Reasonable Doubt is the most overrated album ever! Never heard anyone call that a classic until I joined message boards. I'll take all those albums over Illmatic as well.

You've never heard anyone say that RD is a classic? How old are you?
