good call, i was just saying how hip hop now, for me atleast, is in the production. One example would be canibus, dope lyricist, awful beats and now young thug, dude just mumbles but the beats knock and i love it.

oh wow.... I was expecting those R tracks to be straight dated trash.... They nice, especially the "We Ride" joint! Never heard em before.

They made songs with Biggie, Kool G Rap, Nas, Mary J. Blige, Heavy D, Chubb Rock, LL Cool J, Faith Evans before the shiny suit era.

I think their beats aged great, Neptunes and Timbo have a lot of beats that sound worse compared to them IMO.
