Real talk. Why do some men try to befriend women?

I never understood why. Unless a woman is making me money and/or getting me pusssy from other women, I see no need to be friends. It doesn't add value. When sex isn't involved, we have nothing in common.

I have female associates or mutual friends I see every once in a while, but no real just platonic female friends.

I say this because recently this chick tried to friendzone me, but I let her know straight up I'm not interested and just want to fukk. She just wanted to be friends and tried to guilt me into it, so I deleted her number.

No time for that. It just doesn't make sense.

Do y'all have females that you are best friends with, but not trying to fukk?

Some men view women as humans who add value to life, a different type of energy to situations and a different input on experiences.

Where I'm at lots of men are platonic friends with women. We are just people at the end of the day.

I ask my older brother this all the time.

He keeps befriending women that he wants to date. I keep telling him that you can't purposefully put yourself in the friend zone.

Women don't think like us. Women have no issue with having male friends who are "just friends" (as evidenced by the Coli brehettes)

You can't befriend a woman and assume that, given enough time, she'll just become sexually attracted to you.

If I saw them just as a friend, and I really enjoyed spending time with them.. that thought gon cross my mind. If I can't force myself to find them attractive at all, then ima keep it just friends.

Used to but eventually if you like her those feelings are gonna come out. Now a lot of the female friends I still have are married or dating my boys and shyt but as soon as they break up I rarely talk to them. Outside of workmates I have few if any female friends that I kick it with.

It's ironically a lot easier for me on a online environment like here on the Coli. Simple chat, maybe a lil flirting, and that's pretty much it.

If I just wanted to be friends with someone, and they make it clear that their intent is to fukk, I wouldn't pursue that friendship cuz we aren't coming from the same place at all
