15-20. Probably the highest non traditional mc. He mainly a songwriter and is probably second only to PAC as someone who ovecamr a lack of "technical lyricism" to make an entry.

The myth that Pac wasn't technical needs to stop.
Sure it was subsidiary to his actual lyricism but he employed techniques with proficiency.

Technical lyrics to me are overrated. Most important element is emotional resonance. PAC is certainly number 1 in that category.

Hard to say, somewhere in a top 100 I'd imagine, soemthing changed for me after Get Rich though, never really captured the same hunger and authenticity as an artist again to me, prior to Get Rich with the mixtapes he was dropping a lot of dope shyt and sounded hungry and raw, after he really blew seemed to lose his edge and never recovered it apart from the odd moments here and there.
