How did you find out he was gonna be brought into HR and he doesnt know yet? Are you part of management,
@Ricky Dunigan ? I would tell him to stop lying on is dikk and warn him that stuff like that can get him in trouble with HR. But if you are part of management I wouldnt say anything. That could get YOU in trouble yourself.
Personally, my first ever corporate job was one at a company called Tracfone Wireless. I'm sure you guys have seen the commercials. Anyway that place was a company where everyone was fukking each other and the new president then brought in a new HR head who started firing people left and right over sexual harassment allegations. By then i was a manager and I had to fire some of my own employees over it since it came down from HR and was out of my hands so I learned the early in my career to limit discussing one's sex life at work.
Funny thing is the first HR director we had that was enforcing this and firing people over it... got fired for the same thing too: he was married and got his assistant pregnant.
