That's where im leaning tbh, but i hate to see a young brother lose his job over something like this

Better to learn from the harshness of life than having your boy nag you telling you to man up and stop fukking up your money. If the guy is lying about smashing women than he needs a dose of reality to get his head right. To build class you need to work from the ground up my g.

no heads up. you there to eat not make friends. never loose site of your goal. young breh bout to learn a valuable lesson. don't try to save nikkaz at the job when they fukk up like that with non work related fukkery. Shyt is like tryna save a drowning man who can't swim, he will take you down with him.

getting fired over p*ssy you never had is tragic btw :dead:

I would say tell him so can quit but he sounds like a dumbass who might take you down with him.

I'm with them.

BUT, there is a small part of me that would want to give him a heads up. I know I would appreciate it if I were in his shoes BUT at the same time you don't want your name showing up in that paper trail

I tried to help brehs on the job before and they almost burned me in the process... one of them is a famous former poster on the coli @SirBiatch who was caught in a very similar situation at work amongst many.

nikkaz fukk around and go throw your name out in a meeting.

Just found out that my boy is gonna be brought into HR cause he lied ( as far as i know) on his dikk. He said he smashed this cute shorty from another dept. Shorty was out for a bit with a baby, and I'm guessing when she got back, her ppl told her what dude was saying.

So even before being bought out by a major company, my night job had a zero tolerance for any type of sexual harassment.

She told my other boy that she was gonna do the write up this week. And being that some nikkas talk when they're high, he told me whats going on. But he asked me to keep it on the low.

My dude that about to be in trouble is young, and basically a good kid. I've been helping him lose weight and we got cool. The chicks at my job do treat him like a mascot though. He just runs with that shyt and thinks these chicks are feeling him.

Should I give dude a heads up? Or let it roll and pretend I didn't know?

Your mans is a dope for talking about Broads at a gig outside of trusted confidantes

You worked with sirbiatch? :ohhh:

I kind of miss that villian :russ:

But yeah, the type of person to make a mistake will be dumb enough to not have any discretion when they name drop you in HR.

Yeah, breh might need to take that L on his own. If you really want to help, be there to help him build back up after it goes down. I think giving him the heads up might be nice, but it might keep him from learning the REAL lessons about not lying on the dikk, and keeping your relationships, whatever they may be, private outside of your circle.

How did you find out he was gonna be brought into HR and he doesnt know yet? Are you part of management, @Ricky Dunigan ? I would tell him to stop lying on is dikk and warn him that stuff like that can get him in trouble with HR. But if you are part of management I wouldnt say anything. That could get YOU in trouble yourself.

Personally, my first ever corporate job was one at a company called Tracfone Wireless. I'm sure you guys have seen the commercials. Anyway that place was a company where everyone was fukking each other and the new president then brought in a new HR head who started firing people left and right over sexual harassment allegations. By then i was a manager and I had to fire some of my own employees, young cats my age who were some of my best performers too, over it since it came down from HR and was out of my hands. They had to learn the hard way. So I learned the early in my career to limit discussing one's sex life at work even tho i did smash a couple of chicks there myself. But once i became a manager i stopped all that shyt.
Funny thing is the first HR director we had that was enforcing this and firing people over it... got fired for the same thing too: he was married and got his assistant pregnant. :laff:

The woman in question mentioned it to someone else in my dept. Me and homeboy were sharing a blunt and he turned into a Chatty Cathy about stuff In the company.

I don’t know why, but I’ve seen ppl clipped for this and the shorty always told another brother in the dept for some strange reason.

Yo just tell homie that there's things he said that's going around the office and he could get in trouble with HR if he keeps it up. That will at least get him to calm the fukk down and shut up a bit. I would say help him update his resume like @BlackPearl The Empress suggested but dont do that. You dont know that he's getting canned for sure and when he does if he says you told him about it that will bring you into the picture too. But he needs to understand that shyt like this gets around and eventually in this climate.
Like the story i told in my previous post, he MAY have to learn the hard way :manny:

Let him die by his choices. Anyone stupid enough to fabricate lies on someone in or outside of the workplace for personal gain or temporary clout deserves the maximum punishment equivalent to the severity of the situation. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. :yeshrug:
