I don't know Reasonable Doubt has great production, lyrically off the charts, and amazing guest appearances. It's just something that's holding it back from being the best. I can't put my finger on it.

Many people consider RD a classic, so cool.

Me personally in 1996 alone i have a number of albums ahead of it:

Makaveli
All Eyez On Me
Ironman
Muddy Waters
It Was Written
Soul on Ice
ATLiens

Soul On Ice is pretty underrrated...Rass Kass was on some other shyt with that album...

Nature of the threat, If/Then, Etc, On Earth As It Is :ohlawd:

Ironman, AEOM, IWW>>>>>>

RD ties with Muddy Waters as my 4th favorite album of '96. What a year :ohlawd:

EDIT: Almost forgot Hell On Earth. That dropped on my birthday. That's prolly better than RD to me too, to be honest....damn too many classics that year

If that's the case then it's a clear indication that the genre needs to get better...way better....
