I'll probably snatch one as a business phone. Looks nice, I hope they can stay competitive because it means everybody has to create even better phones, which benefits the consumer.

I caved and bought a Lumia 920. Just couldn't wait any longer:beli:

Blackberry treating us like a virgin. Making us wait and sh1t. I'm sure they could have found few hundred chinese workser to crank these babies out.:beli: The unveiling was a month ago and I still haven't heard back from ATT on when they are going to have the damn phone.

That being said, I like Windows phone, closes to blackberry OS you're going to get imo. IOS and Android OS just seems to archaic for me.

How can android be archaic when its the OS that is constantly changing? You can basically do whatever you want on it.

You might get tired of WP8 as thats the case with many people who have moved from iOS or Android and feel locked in. It is an extremely closed system.

I mean archaic in its form. Same with IOS. I lean more towards form over function. Blackberry was in equilibrim in both imo that's why I loved it. IOS/Android lean more towards function(apps, jail braking etc). But I can't get past the OS design/presentation - like the over-reliance on widgets seems outdated/archaic. The Windows live tiles design is just awesome and intuitive.

You can make android look and damn near function like WP8 with some customization...I hope you knew that :heh:

"Beauty and the geek: Windows Phone 'Mango' vs. Android

Windows Phone 7.5 "Mango," Microsoft's answer to Apple's iOS and Google's Android, draws you in immediately with its simple but sexy interface. It's very easy to get into messaging -- both traditional email and IM and newfangled Twitter and Facebook -- and launch widgets to track the weather or see your stocks. The colorful Windows Phone UI makes iOS look a bit dowdy, almost computerlike, and it really shows what a mess the Android Franken-interface is."

Saw a few videos demonstration of Android customization on youtube - It's not Windows8 level at all. But then again, a beautiful looking OS is not the goal of Android or what their users seek.

Its not the same and you know it. Windows Phone is far more intuitive and seamless. I'll give you the fact that do to increased App support, Android is more powerful at present, but overall Windows Phone is a far more polished UI. Just trying to locate apps on this thing gives me a headache at times...:snoop:

And the bluetooth compatibility is shyt when i use it in my automobile. shyt stops and starts random, and never accurately displays song info on my Car UI. Iphone and Windows Phone work flawlessly in this regard.
