i bike a lot in dallas which routes you take
when I’m on my hybrid, Katy Trail or River legacy. Road bike, mostly Trinity starting by Mellow Johnny’s(usually start a lil further down and either take the route that runs you to the park outside the naval air station or the route that runs you by Top Golf). I keep hearing about one in frisco but I’m not driving that far out. The trail in Lewisville that runs along the DART is damn good. Like only a couple of bad intersections but once you’re past those, smooth sailing. Barfield in NRH is decent if you want to do something quick and fast. Just park at the Irving PD and hop on. White Rock I’ll only do during the weekdays cause weekend traffic is disgusting but haven’t been back since they started doing construction near the pump station

If you start on forest lane dart station you can take the trail all the way to deep ellum, then up Main Street to the AAC to the Katy trail.

I wanna say it was r/bodyweightfitness

basically ppl need to do negative pull-ups , chin-ups
t bar rows, lat pull downs shoulder press like 2 or 3 times a week. Not on back to back days. Attempt pull-ups first then negatives… let your self down slow as possible.

i went from not being able to do more than 2 consecutive ones up until I was like 32 and I can do 4 sets of 10… 12 on a good day

1. how long it take you to til you were able to reach it?
2. you do it everyday?
3. Do you attempt it before or after those exercises?

I wish I documented it but nah I can’t remember. I wanna say a year and a half? But I did it 2/3 times a week and never back to back days. Gotta recover and rest those muscles.

I’d do the pulllup negatives first thing. then I just do the accessory lifts later. Folks say you should do whatever lift/exercise you’re trying to improve on first

I recently saw that you can make custom feeds that follow whatever theme you want. Like strictly food, strictly music production or whatever you want. Doesn’t have to be subs you follow in your account either

Stay off of Reddit. Most subreddits are echo chambers and you aren't going to see good representation of people. They ban anyone who goes against the popular thought so you're going to only see one side of the argument. Also, it's a very left leaning platform.
