Recommend a starter routine for a young goon whos never worked out seriously before

Im tired of being a skinny nikka but I dont have the bread to join a gym. :sadcam: Ive been doing 100 pushups and 200 situps everyday for the past 3 months and i dont feel like this shyt is bulking me up at all. My pops is going to give me his old workout bench so I need to know where to start with this shyt... What weight should i start with? How many reps should i hit a day? Should I take supplements? How long till im lookin like this nikka?

I'd spend money on a gym before supplements

Dwight isn't that big, hes just cut up with broad shoulders. You can get like him (cant say how long, what kinda shape are you in now)
