Im tired of being a skinny nikka but I dont have the bread to join a gym. Ive been doing 100 pushups and 200 situps everyday for the past 3 months and i dont feel like this shyt is bulking me up at all. My pops is going to give me his old workout bench so I need to know where to start with this shyt... What weight should i start with? How many reps should i hit a day? Should I take supplements? How long till im lookin like this nikka?
