the real solution is for black to start opening up business, its the low levels of entrprenurailism and capitalism in the black community that is causing this problem

i was addressing some teaplublican's point about how obama didn't fix black unemployment. i wanted to know how does a president go about targeting black unemployment specifically. the answer is obvious because you can't force someone to hire a black person. no matter how much unemployment drops white unemployment will be lower. but i guess he should go around oprah style and say "brother, you get a business, you get a business."

Don't even mention the glass ceiling of the corporate world cacs on the low end of things making quadruple what their black counterparts make and double that of what their black superiors are getting.
