People are tired of working shyt jobs for little pay. The beef plant I work at starts people at $17 and we still struggle to keep people. But turnover rate has always been high at the plant. People can go find better jobs that pay the same or better. There's always plenty of work.

Not true. Your lifestyle changes after that. I don't like to say exactly how much I have but it never feels like enough. Even though I live a comfortable life and love my life I always feel like I want to have and do more. The goals just change.

Yep. And this next position I probably won't even stay a full year. 8 months tops. I work in cybersecurity and I've got HR reps and recruiters hitting me up daily. I'd be a fool to stay tied down to a place right now. Options = leverage, and right now many American workers have options.
